O Holy Spirit, who is light unto every person,
please come and enlighten us.
As the dew, please refresh our weariness.
But, as the fire, please purge the waste in our hearts.
As the water, please purify our spirits.
And like a dove, turn our eyes to heaven and life.
O Spirit of Christ, O Fire of Love, may you burn in our hearts.

We Pray Together
O God of Light, when we experience chaos, pain and
heartache, we believe that you’ll lead us beside the still
waters.
And when we feel loss, fear and confusion, you’ll lead us
beside the quiet waters.
Even in the most challenging times, in every moment and all
circumstances.
For the rest of our lives, you are with us always.
…We pray these things in the name of Jesus, who taught us to
say,

Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done, On earth, as it is in heaven,

Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our
trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass
against us.
And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from
evil:
For yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory
Forever and ever. Amen.
