Murray Baer and Craig McRae dazzled the 300 guests on sunday afternoon, with such musical movie scores as Titanic, Lion King, and Chariots of Fire. The historic pipe organ and acoustic guitar were perfectly harmonized, clearly benefiting from the church’s warm and rich acoustics. This was the second annual concert held at Picton United Church during Flashback February’s week-long event. A cheque for $5000 was presented to both the PECMH Foundation as well as Picton Public libray on behalf of Picton United Church. It is in recognition and support of PECMH Foundation’s efforts in building a new hospital in Prince Edward County and Picton Public Library’s expansion project.
